Do I have to use Conference Center Catering?

The Conference Center has a full Catering Staff and our General Manager is also an Executive Chef. All food is prepared on site, in our state-of the-art kitchen. We are confident that you will not find better food and service anywhere in Tennessee.



Do I have to select my meal directly from the menu?

Our menu is flexible in order to accommodate any specific requests for food not found in our menu.


Is there a different price for children?

The price for adults and children is the same for parties that select a buffet style meal. If a party has selected a plated meal, our staff will be glad to provide a separate children’s menu, to be pre selected, at a reduced price.


When do I have to turn in my Final Count and can I increase it after I turn it in?

In order to provide you with the best possible service and food quality, we require a Final Guaranteed Count three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event. If your count increases after you have given a Final Count, we need to know how many more will be attending.


What if people show up unexpectedly?

No one in our facility will go hungry. In some circumstances unexpected guests may not get the same meal but, they will receive a meal of equal value.


Can I take home the leftovers?

Only under special circumstances will the Conference Center allow leftover meals to be taken home by the party.
