All room rentals are based on a standard 8 hours of use during reasonable operating hours. Saturday and Sunday events are subject to minimum charges.
(Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Accommodations for special events such as trade shows, auctions, festivals, etc. that require extra service are subject to a facility use surcharge. Included in the room fee is unlimited use of available tables and chairs. Standard room set-up and clean-up is also provided at no additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

It is our goal to provide you with the best facility and equipment available. Chances are we have what you need or can get it, please feel free to ask our staff for help.

Special Set-ups: Classroom style seating, unique arrangement, custom style seating, arrangements that require lobby furniture relocation.
