What size meetings can the Conference Center accommodate?
We are able to host meetings from 2500 persons. We have boardrooms available for more intimate meetings, and larger rooms available for seminars and conferences.

Do I need to bring my own Audio/Visual Equipment?
We have Audio/Visual Equipment available for rent. Our experienced staff will set up the equipment for you and help with any questions that may arise. You will find all our available equipment and prices in the Equipment Rental section on our Meetings and Conferences Page.

Does the Conference Center have high-speed Internet capabilities?
In most rooms we have Ethernet ports available while Charter High-Speed wireless internet service is available in the entire facility.

How long do I have the Room?
All room charges are based on an 8 hour time period. Depending on the type of event and time of day, there may be an extra charge for the time required.
