We proudly offer you over 13,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. Here at the Manchester-Coffee County Conference Center, we're more than capable of handling your event; Seminars, Trade Shows, Wedding Receptions, Company Parties, Board Meetings, or Banquets. For business or just to celebrate, any event, large or small, we’re looking forward to making it the best event possible.

Frequency and necessity aside, the most important criteria for a successful meeting is where and how it is held. While it would be nice to have every meeting on-site, you know the important meetings, as in big client contracts or the one your career depends on, needs a little extra polish.
That’s where we come in. Our Meeting Coordination Team works with you to plan out every detail from the beverages to the technical aspects. You'll know long before the boss steps foot into our Executive Boardroom that everything will be perfect, from the cream for the coffee to the high speed internet service.

In most meetings, the proper Audio-Visual equipment is essential in making your meeting successful. We offer everything from flipcharts and markers to a high-tech InFocus LCD projector to run your PowerPoint presentation.
*Please note that the rental fees listed below are separate from the room rental and no equipment is included in the room rental prices.

Equipment subject to availability if not specifically requested at time of Event Order. Rental rates are based on a per day usage. A 6’ or 8’ screen is available at no extra charge. Prices are subject to appropriate state sales tax.
