General Manager and Executive Chef, Mike Osborne joined the
Manchester Coffee Co. Conference Center after his time with the
Lakewood Country Club in Tullahoma Tennessee. During his time there
Mike shined as the Club-House Manager and Executive Chef.
Mike has worked at several fine restaurants and eating
establishments in Middle Tennessee over the last 15 years. His
career, training, and talents have taken him around the world with
an extended stay in the Far East. |

Among his many culinary talents, Chef Osborne says that Garde Manager
is his favorite. Mike puts a lot of emphasis on garnishing and
presentation "Ice Carving, Cold Food Presentation, Fruit and
Vegetable Decoration".
As Mike says "Everyone eats with their eyes first. It's got to look
as good as it tastes!"

Chef Osborne lives with his wife, Hayley, and their two children,
Robby and Shay. He is a member of
Middle Tennessee Chapter of the
American Culinary Federation.
